Refund policy

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange or refund it within 30 days at our head office.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and under the same conditions that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. For example, any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or returned with more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. 
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Trades

For any exchange request send us an e-mail at info@lechapelier.ca and we will be happy to help you complete your exchange.


Delivery

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
