Orders are shipped by various shipping companies throughout Canada and the United States. Shipping costs for orders over $40,00 are free in Canada. Shipping costs for orders to the United States are estimated by our carriers and are paid by the customer.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

Returns

If the purchased items do not suit you, you can request a return for an exchange or refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided the items are in their original condition with their tags attached. Shipping costs and shipping surcharges applied to certain items depending on their destination are not refundable.

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the item must first be returned to the head office at:
